Lead Visual Identity and Elevate Our Brand

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for spearheading the visual identity of our direct-to-consumer beauty brand. Your expertise in branding, packaging, and digital campaign design will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's image.

  • Design Leadership: You will own the end-to-end design process for all consumer touchpoints, including packaging, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Brand Consistency: You will develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring our message resonates with our target audience.
  • Social Media & Campaigns: You will lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Innovation & Insight: You will translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Mentorship & Guidance: You will mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing creative direction and feedback.
  • Trend Awareness: You will stay on top of design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
Key Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • A strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography or art direction background.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
