About the Role

This is a highly technical and strategic position within our organization that involves utilizing NetSuite to drive business value. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of finance systems, software configuration, and customization.

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions in finance systems, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to configure NetSuite software to meet business requirements.
  • Develop complex solutions for intricate business needs, encompassing configurations and development.
  • Administer Boomi NetSuite instance - manage users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules.
  • Oversee mass imports and exports of data.
  • Design and construct custom objects and system integration components.
  • Lead and direct design and implementation review sessions with business leads and user teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the finance team, serving as a trusted advisor and NetSuite expert.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on NetSuite best practices, configuration, and customization options.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, working with users to implement changes that enhance their business processes.
  • Document test scenarios and lead UAT with business users, and assist with any user training process.
  • Ability to customize financial Reports, standard reports, and saved searches as per the Requirement.
  • Document requirements and develop solutions with other finance systems that integrate with NetSuite such as Tesorio, FloQast, Concur, and payroll.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field required.
  • Strong programming skills, including scripting, development of saved searches.
  • Substantial experience in the following NetSuite Modules: General Ledger, Multi Book accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • 10+ years of experience implementing and administering NetSuite solutions as a functional consultant and developer.
  • Capacity to prioritize and pivot with changing business needs.
  • Good knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
