About the Role:

As a Digital Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's web experience by creating and maintaining digital content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your contributions will directly impact the overall company vision and contribute to its digital transformation efforts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Web Page Development:
    • You will develop web pages and components in AEM based on provided designs and wireframes, ensuring that the content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Collaboration:
    • You will work closely with marketers, designers, developers, copywriters, and business leads to define and plan consumer-centric digital experiences and campaigns within AEM.
  • Analysis and Recommendations:
    • You will provide insights throughout major content publishing and campaigns, evaluating success metrics and milestones to make informed recommendations.
  • Responsive Web Design:
    • You will apply responsive design principles to enhance user interaction and readability, optimizing content for various screen sizes and devices.
  • Mentoring and Best Practices:
    • You will assist team members by sharing AEM best practices and uphold content standards and guidelines.
  • Documentation:
    • You will create clear authoring instructions and guidelines for content creation, documenting processes and best practices.
  • Browser Compatibility:
    • You will identify and troubleshoot browser/platform compatibility issues, documenting standards and ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
    • You will analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates, collaborating with marketing and design teams to implement A/B tests, landing page optimizations, and other strategies.
  • Digital Asset Management:
    • You will ensure that digital assets are properly stored and tagged in the DAM.

About You:

We're looking for a highly skilled Digital Content Creator with a strong background in content authoring and related fields. You should have proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SAP Smart Edit or similar content management systems, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should be proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the required skills and qualifications for this role.
