Job Opportunity

About the position:

  • Drive strategic technological direction for business-critical applications, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Lead full lifecycle of technology programs and projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and delivery requirements are met.
  • Orchestrate efforts across diverse development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Implement secure and efficient DevSecOps practices for relevant products, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
  • Act as primary liaison between business units, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks, developing contingency plans to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Support Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables and stakeholder communications.

A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies is essential.

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technology Program Manager, managing large, complex initiatives in a high-tech environment with multi-function teams following SAFe methodologies.

Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, .NET, JavaScript (AngularJS), or PHP, is necessary.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and analytics is also required.

Excellent oral and written communications skills in English are mandatory.
