Are you an exceptional fashion leader seeking a challenging role that combines style expertise, operational precision, and interpersonal skills? We are looking for a Head Stylist to oversee all aspects of client styling, in-store visual presentation, and customization coordination.

This hybrid position requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, merchandising, or personal shopping. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, colour coordination, and trend awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Styling & Experience: Build trust-based relationships with customers, providing personalized styling advice and fitting guidance.
  • Merchandising & Label Curation: Curate a balanced merchandise mix that reflects the brand's luxury positioning and collaborate with the brand team to identify new labels.
  • Customisation & Alterations Management: Act as the point of contact for custom orders and alteration requests, ensuring timely delivery of customized products.
  • Sales & Team Support: Support the sales team during busy hours and assist with after-sales services, including client follow-ups and satisfaction checks.
  • Visual Merchandising & Store Aesthetic: Lead the styling and upkeep of visual displays, ensuring mannequins are dressed as per seasonal themes and brand campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fashion styling, luxury retail, merchandising, or personal shopping (3-6 years preferred).
  • Strong eye for detail, colour coordination, and trend awareness.
  • Understanding of tailoring, garment construction, and the customisation process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with a discerning clientele.
