Role Summary:
Associate Creative Director - Copy (Digital Heavy) in Mumbai
Total experience needed: 8-10 years
We are looking for a highly skilled Associate Creative Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing engaging narratives, scripts, and storyboards that bring ideas to life.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develops language and copy in short form and long form to establish the tonality of ideas
- Presents ideas to both the wider internal team and occasionally externally to clients with structure and parity
- Comprehends and understands brand continuity, brand guidelines, and brand positioning
- Creatively supports the effective use of technology and its applications to solve business problems
- Contributes work to pitches
- Drives, defines, and feeds back on quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality, and collaboration
Skill Requirements:
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to think holistically about consumer experiences
- Strong understanding of brand management and marketing principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to mentor junior members of the team
