Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume a front-end plus backend role to ensure customer success and manage relationships with clients.
  • Create deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc., for clients across various sectors and geographies.
  • Advise and consult clients on structuring funding rounds based on market conditions and investor needs.
  • Deliver high-quality services to clients while meeting strict deadlines and managing multiple deals.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Investment Analysis preferred.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred.
  • Prior knowledge or experience in startup fundraising or venture capital industry is an advantage.
  • A remote work environment requires a laptop and good internet connection.
  • Excellent written and spoken English required.
