About the Position

We seek a senior finance expert with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA and financial cycles to partner with cross-functional teams, drive insights, and ensure process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to align with business objectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for SAP S/4HANA FICO, driving adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
  • Manage end-to-end business cycles:

• Order-to-Cash (O2C): Streamline billing, collections, and revenue recognition.

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Oversee purchasing, vendor management, and payment cycles.

• Plan-to-Product: Support costing, product lifecycle, and profitability analysis.

• Request-to-Service (R2S): Align service delivery with financial and operational KPIs.

  • Offer actionable insights through Hyperion, SAP reporting, and advanced analytics to support executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate new projects, investments, and product cost structures.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.
  • Mentor and develop finance teams to enhance organizational capability.
  • Advise senior management on strategic growth initiatives, aligning financial planning with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15–20 years' experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level roles.
  • Certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA, and SAP Business Processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with Hyperion Financial Reporting and other advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, audits, and compliance management.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
