Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our global engineering team.

  • This role requires a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving successful project outcomes.
  • A strong background in software development, payment systems, and fintech is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a global engineering team and provide guidance, support, and opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Establish and maintain engineering standards for security, scalability, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product roadmaps and technical design.
  • Drive process improvements and tool adoption to enhance team performance.
  • Participate in recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR on performance management and training initiatives.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2-3 years in management.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, Java, Scala, Go, or similar backend languages.
  • Security-first mindset with knowledge of authentication, authorization, SAML, API security, and encryption.
  • Understanding of crypto concepts such as blockchains, RPCs, self-custody wallets.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure.
  • DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical ideas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Deep understanding of payment infrastructure, cryptocurrency, APIs, and security.
  • Interest in crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology, digital assets, and financial regulations.
