As a Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the brand's visual identity across various platforms. This role requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail to produce engaging visuals for campaigns, events, and learning programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design digital and print assets including social media posts, ad creatives, brochures, infographics, posters, and presentations.
  • Develop high-quality visuals for campaigns, events, and learning programs.
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to brainstorm creative concepts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
