Job Title:

Career Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Career Development Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in securing new partnerships for student placements and internships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve career outcomes for graduating students.">
• Prioritize candidates with connections in the media and journalism industry.">
• Meet individual targets for recruitment, summer internships, and live projects.">
• Support team members as needed.">
• Nurture new accounts through structured market outreach.">
• Plan and engage corporates for strategic activities like guest lectures, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, and competitions.">
• Manage student career services, including career counselling, grooming, and interview preparation.">
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve institutional objectives.">
• Foster strong relationships with corporate HR professionals.">
• Close deals with senior HR leaders and functional experts.">
• Achieve placement and internship targets.">
• Develop new placement partners based on placement loads and manage existing partners for repurchase of placements and internships.">
• Conduct student counselling sessions for graduation outcomes.">
• Organize corporate engagement activities like guest lectures, student trainings, conclaves, and workshops.">

This is a six-day working week position, with Sundays off.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.">
• High integrity and preference for EdTech experience.">
• Knowledge of industry demographics is an added advantage.">
