Financial Controller Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller Lead to spearhead our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to our business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead financial analysis and planning, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including business unit leaders and finance teams.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors and tax consultants, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and develop a team of financial professionals, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and motivate others.
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
