Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

This role involves the creation of visually engaging content for digital and print media. The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience in creating impactful visuals, a keen sense of aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging designs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, social media creatives, infographics, and advertisements that captivate audiences.
  • Create visual content for websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials that align with brand messaging.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Edit and enhance images, graphics, and videos as required to meet project needs.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional design experience (agency or corporate setting preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
