- A Guest Faculty position is available at the Nelson Business School, responsible for teaching, mentoring students, developing course materials, and conducting assessments to ensure academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Instruction:
Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions, while preparing and updating course materials aligned with the curriculum.

Participate in designing, reviewing, and updating the academic syllabus, incorporating innovative teaching methods and technologies.
Research and Scholarship:

Student Mentorship:
Provide academic and career counseling to students, supporting their personal development and skill enhancement.

Community Engagement:

Requirements:
- Experience in teaching management courses and mentoring students
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to develop course materials and conduct assessments
- Strong knowledge of business and management concepts
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills
- Familiarity with academic writing standards and citation styles
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
