">KALPATARU PROJECTS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution and completion within timelines and budgeted parameters.
">Responsibilities:
">1. Project Operations:
">• Manage multiple projects in Building sector, e.g. residential, commercial, mall, high-rise, hospital, and institutional building sectors.
">2. Client Management:
">• Resolve client concerns effectively and maintain strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
">3. Budget Control:
">• Ensure projects are delivered within budgeted costs, optimizing resources without compromising quality.
">4. Safety and Quality Assurance:
">• Maintain stringent safety standards at all project sites.
">5. Contract Management:
">• Have a thorough understanding of contractual agreements and ensure their application.
">6. Cash Flow Management:
">• Ensure timely collection of dues from clients, minimizing delays in cash flow.
">7. Leadership and Employee Development:
">• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among employees.
">Requirements:
">A graduate civil engineer (BE / B Tech) with 20 years' experience in the construction industry, holding significant experience as a Project Manager on large-scale projects in the Building & Factories Sector.
">The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in contract management, and have a deep understanding of construction safety, quality standards, and budget management.
">Salary:
">Rupees 1500000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
">Location:
">Anywhere in India
">Note:
">The incumbent will be required to travel extensively between project sites as part of their responsibilities.
