Hardware and Performance Optimization Lead

Key Responsibilities:
As a Hardware Performance Modeling and Bringup Manager at IBM, you will lead a team of skilled engineers responsible for modeling the Power processor and systems. Your primary focus will be on evaluating the performance of new generation Power processor and systems, providing design guidance, and ensuring the successful bring-up of these systems.

Requirements:
For this role, you will need 15+ years of IT industry experience in product development, with 5+ years of experience as a project manager and 5+ years of experience as a people manager. You should have experience developing or managing hardware performance models, as well as experience in performance verification testing and processor and system bring-up. Additionally, you should be familiar with project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum/Waterfall and have experience using project management tools like Jira/Github/Zenhub/RTC/MS Project Office. You will also need to possess good communication and presentation skills.
