Responsibilities and RequirementsWe are looking for a seasoned Patient Experience Manager to lead our Oncology Day Care Clinic team. The successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, patient experience, or healthcare administration roles.
- Prior experience in Oncology or premium healthcare services is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving process improvements. They will be responsible for:
- Managing the patient journey, ensuring a smooth check-in, consultation, treatment, and discharge process.
- Coordinating patient care services, promoting value-added services, and enhancing patient experiences.
- Collaborating with the admin team to optimize clinic operations and improve patient flow.
- Developing SOPs for patient onboarding, consultation flow, and discharge procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
