Product Innovation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product managers to define key metrics and KPIs for product performance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics and drive iterative improvements.
- Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on product performance and recommendations for future enhancements.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Hands-on experience in Python is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
