Job Overview

As a skilled IT Server Infrastructure and ServiceNow expert, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining organization's and network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance of systems.

Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining physical and virtual servers, monitoring server performance, availability, and capacity, performing regular backups and disaster recovery testing, and applying patches, updates, and security configurations to servers.

You will also administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, configure and optimize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications, design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards within ServiceNow, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in server operating systems, experience with virtualization technologies, familiarity with cloud platforms, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, maintain, and optimize organization's and network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance of systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operation.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing to safeguard data.
  • Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to servers to protect against vulnerabilities.
  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
