Job Overview:

Our team is seeking an experienced Lead PHP Developer to take charge of our web application development. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions using PHP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality software applications.
  • Develop and implement robust, modular, and well-documented PHP code.
  • Ensure the timely completion of projects and tasks by setting clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and ensure they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and their application in PHP.
  • Experience with popular PHP frameworks such as Laravel and Codeigniter.
  • Understanding of RESTful API architecture, OAuth tokens, and AJAX technology.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Basic understanding of back-end technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, or other databases.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
