Job Overview

As a skilled Graphic Designer, you will conceptualize and create compelling visuals that align with our brand's aesthetic identity.

Working closely with marketing, branding, and digital teams, you will bring ideas to life through design, ensuring consistency and impact in every piece of content.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and printing collateral materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs.
  • Design illustrations, icons, infographics, and other custom visuals as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design work, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual appeal.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience (experience in the sports, wellness, or FMCG industry is beneficial).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is advantageous).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
