Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

This role is a key member of the organization's financial planning and analysis team.

  • Lead and manage revenue assurance initiatives to identify, research, and resolve revenue leakage; synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze data from various sources such as MCBS, MyMPA, Enterprise Reporting, and Data Warehouse to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement billing efficiencies to minimize risk and reduce manual processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely revenue collection through effective tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct customer reviews to assess performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Manage projects and track progress using P&L and project timelines.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CA preferred.
  • Strong data management and analytic experience.
  • Proficient in database management and Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurship.
  • Able to collaborate with teams and build relationships across all levels of management.
  • Time management and follow-up skills.
  • Data analytics expertise and ability to drive impact.
  • Strategic orientation and strong organizational skills.
