Executive Chef Role

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our esteemed establishment. Your primary goal is to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
  • Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
  • Maintain food logs and monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
  • Communicate assistance needed during busy periods and inform management of excess food items for use in daily specials.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory experience not required but preferred.
  • License or certification not necessary.
