Job Title: Supply Chain Optimization Expert

Work Mode: Remote

Experience Required: 8–10 Years.

  • Lead business analysis and requirements gathering with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into functional requirements.
  • Configure Oracle SCM applications (Inventory, PDM, Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping, Transportation Management).
  • Conduct functional analysis and prepare design documentation.
  • Support business users by clarifying requirements for project teams and developers.
  • Validate user requests against system capabilities and data structures.
  • Provide expert data analysis using SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Ensure security and compliance with company policies for confidential information.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.

Skills: Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality, deep knowledge of Inventory Management, Product Data Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping & Transportation Management, proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies, advanced MS Office skills.
