Interior Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Interior Design Expert.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed interior drawings and construction documents for various projects. They will work closely with our design team to ensure high-quality output and meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Create detailed interior drawings including plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), furniture layouts, joinery details, and material specifications.
- Translate conceptual sketches and design briefs into comprehensive working drawings.
- Maintain accuracy and technical compliance of all drawings with local codes, regulations, and design standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and vendors for design intent and site requirements.
- Review and update drawings based on feedback, site changes, and consultant inputs.
- Manage junior draughtsmen and guide their work when necessary.
- Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Drafting or equivalent.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, interior detailing, and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
