Next-Generation Power Electronics Engineer

Job Requirements
  • Lead electrical system design activities, defining architecture and system requirements.
  • Perform analysis on new architectures/products, ensuring design meets certification standards.
  • Conduct designs/reviews and establish scope for standardization of integration processes.
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong understanding of power supply design, converters, analog & digital control, MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design.
  • Experienced in multiple development stages - circuit design, simulations, manufacturing and validation.
  • Proficient in modeling tools like Spice, MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM and PCB Design tools like Eagle/OrCad/Altium.
  • Familiar with Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics.
Bonus Skills
  • Experienced in component level & system level certification and standards.
  • Aerospace/Automotive domain expertise beneficial.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Power Electronics or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience.
