Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in design presentations, 3D visualization, and detailed construction drawings.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with traditional design software and modern AI-powered tools, bringing innovation and creativity to client-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present high-quality design concepts and architectural presentations.
  • Create detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
  • Utilize 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software to produce photorealistic outputs.
  • Leverage AI tools for generative design, feasibility studies, and conceptualization.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align design vision and execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends and AI-driven tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Software proficiency: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit.
  • AI knowledge & tools:
  • Generative Design & Conceptualization: ARCHITEChTURES, TestFit, Autodesk Forma, Finch 3D.
  • Rendering & Visualization: Veras, Rendair, D5 Render.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design presentations, 3D visualization, and construction drawings.
