Senior Lead Workday Implementation Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior/Lead Workday Functional Consultant to implement and configure Workday solutions. This role offers great opportunities for growth in Product Management, functional consulting, and/or business operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong Business Analyst (BA) skills combined with Workday functional expertise. They should be able to understand complex business processes, translate them into effective Workday configurations, and communicate seamlessly with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Management to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.
- Translate business requirements into Workday configurations, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.
- Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
- Ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.
- Act as an anchor resource for the team and provide leadership in establishing processes, governance, and best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize solutions, and provide ongoing support.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2-3 years working with Workday configurations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
