Role Overview:

As a Marketing Strategist, you will oversee the execution of influencer marketing projects from planning to delivery. Collaborating closely with creators, internal teams, and brands ensures seamless project management, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across platforms, including Instagram and YouTube.
  • Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers based on campaign requirements.
  • Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables are aligned with brand objectives and guidelines.
  • Monitor live campaigns, track content performance, and flag issues proactively.
  • Maintain campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, influencer content styles, and best practices in campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
  • A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of content creation software.
  • Basic design skills using graphic design software.
  • Understanding of SEO principles.
