Job Role:

Backend Engineering Leadership

We are looking for a seasoned Backend Engineer to lead our team in designing, developing, and implementing new backend services and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to mentor junior developers.

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient backend systems.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle, including design, coding, automated testing, and production releases of backend services.

Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and MicroServices.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and systems architecture.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Docker.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience with web services standards and related technologies (HTTP, XML, JSON, REST).
  • Strong understanding of large and complex code bases, including API design techniques.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
