Interior Design Assistant

Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant to support our lead designer. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the interior design industry.

  • Assist the lead designer with client meetings, taking detailed notes and capturing project measurements/photos.
  • Create CAD drawings for client projects and conduct research on décor and materials.
  • Manage orders, purchases, and deliveries, submitting receipts and tracking order status.
  • Maintain spreadsheets with client selections and finish materials, scheduling designers, contractors, clients, and vendors.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide project updates, meeting with vendors and assisting with installations.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in interior design or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and design principles.
