End-to-End Transition Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple transition projects across varied functions, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution.

  • The ideal candidate will have 16+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on non-financial functions (application and infrastructure) delivery and migration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mid/large scale migration projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and implement project plans, milestones, and timelines.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across global delivery centers.
  • Establish robust governance structures and track deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and report project risks and mitigation plans.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
