Job Title: Head of Mold Manufacturing Department

Cielo Talent is seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Mold Manufacturing Department to oversee the manufacturing of various molds, fixtures, and inspection gauge components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision tooling and manufacturing, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Design and manufacture injection molds, insert molds, jigs, and fixtures using CNC milling, CNC wire EDM, CNC SEDM, and other precision tool room machines.
  • Program and operate CNC machines for high-precision component production, with hands-on experience on FANUC control Macro A and Macro B programming.
  • Support the CAD/CAM section for 3D modeling, drafting, and CAM using UniGraphics and AutoCAD.
  • Manage overall operations, including planning, human resource management, supply chain, and customer order management.
  • Implement process modifications to improve yield, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Engineering or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
  • 20 years of experience for Diploma holders and 15 years of experience for BE graduates in managing high-precision tool rooms with different sets of machines for injection mold elements manufacturing and proving.
  • Good knowledge of precision plastic insert injection mold manufacturing and proving.
  • Strategic planning and utilization of resources.
  • Effective man management, development of experts in the relevant field.
  • Provide solutions to technical problems and cost optimization in mold manufacturing.
  • Good analytical skills.
