**Marketing and Communications Manager Role**

About the Job

This is a key position in our marketing team, responsible for creating and executing property-level communications to our customers. The successful candidate will promote on-brand messaging through traditional, digital, and social media channels to enhance the image of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans in consultation with senior leaders.
  • Partner with Operations, Food and Beverage, and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns targeting in-house guests.
  • Act as liaison between marketing department and advertising agency on tactical advertising campaigns, creative, and media plans.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related major.
  • 4 years experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related professional area, hospitality marketing, or digital advertising experience preferred.
