About Our Finance and Growth Role

This is not a traditional internship. As a key member of our finance and growth team, you will be working closely with our founder to manage core financial operations, ensure fiscal discipline, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

You will take ownership of various tasks such as bookkeeping, managing bills and invoices, and creating financial models. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to shadow our founder on high-level meetings, fundraising conversations, and business strategy discussions.

Our ideal candidate has strong financial skills, a builder's mindset, and a hunger to learn and grow rapidly. They should be comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy numbers, and be passionate about helping build a startup from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finance Operations: End-to-end bookkeeping, bill management, and financial planning
  • Growth and Strategy: Supporting market analysis, pricing strategy, and business growth initiatives
  • Analytics and Reporting: Building financial models, analyzing KPIs, and creating board-level reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA Inter/CS/MBA Finance or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on expertise in bookkeeping, compliance, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a strong advantage
