Quality Assurance Leadership Role

This leadership position is responsible for defining quality standards and best practices within the QA team. A successful candidate will design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing.

The ideal candidate will establish and maintain QA processes across various platforms, including Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes). They will collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development.

Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes, managing test environments, and coordinating testing activities across platforms.

The successful candidate will also create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting. Mentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA function.

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
  • Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS)
  • Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing

  • Infrastructure testing experience (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Mobile automation testing expertise
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
  • Load and stress testing experience
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with test management tools
  • Understanding of security testing practices
  • Database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Cloud platform experience
