Job Title: Financial Content DeveloperAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced content developer to create high-quality training materials for finance programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with ambiguity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing content that meets our standards and client needs. This will include creating assessments to evaluate training effectiveness, maintaining and updating our repository of created content, and reviewing content from team members and freelance developers.

In addition, the successful candidate will support proposal design and creation, coordinate with graphic designers to format content, organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions, facilitate client support activities through proper communication, and support trainers to prepare for assigned trainings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality training content for finance programs
  • Create assessments to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Maintain and update the repository of created content
  • Review content from team members and freelance developers
  • Support proposal design and creation

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business or Economics
  • Relevant certifications such as MBA (Finance), CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
