Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented financial operations specialist to manage day-to-day financial activities, ensure compliance, and drive reporting. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the real estate and construction industry, with proven expertise in project-based accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
- Prepare and file RERA quarterly submissions and compliance reports.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor vendor payments, client receipts, and ensure timely settlements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
- 2–5 years of accounting experience in real estate / construction.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with RERA submissions and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
