Conversational AI Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Conversational AI Specialist to lead the development of our conversational AI stack from prompt design to deployment and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building low-latency, high-quality conversational experiences on cloud infrastructure, collaborating closely with product/design teams, and shipping quickly while ensuring safety, cost, and maintainability.


Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and optimize inference on cloud and specialized accelerators (GPU/TPU/LPU) targeting low latency and predictable cost.
  • Build ingestion pipelines, chunking strategies, embeddings, and metadata for vector search.
  • Set up offline/online evaluations, red-teaming, safety filters, tracing/telemetry, and cost/latency dashboards.

Additional responsibilities include mentoring teammates on LLM best practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, preferably in Python, with experience building production LLM applications. Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as GCP, and practical experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases is highly desirable.

As a Conversational AI Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge conversational AI solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You will work closely with our team of experts to develop and deploy innovative conversational AI products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in Python.
  • Experience building production LLM applications, not just POCs.
  • Practical experience with prompt engineering and RAG.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as GCP.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings.
