Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Oracle functional consultants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture that encourages open communication, creativity, and problem-solving.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle implementation projects from planning to post-go-live support.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and closure to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks to take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Configure Oracle applications to meet specific business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using expertise in Oracle tools like Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop functional specifications and design documents to ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud modules, with a proven track record of successful implementation projects.
  • Experience in managing Oracle Applications Modules (Oracle Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, HRMS) to ensure comprehensive understanding of Oracle's capabilities.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end Oracle implementation (from blueprint to post-go-live support) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP solutions (Fusion) is a significant plus, as it demonstrates expertise in the latest Oracle technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and architecture to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle's best practices, functional design, configuration, and customization processes to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Knowledge of Oracle tools like Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Reports for technical troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Familiarity with Oracle tools for data migration and integration (Oracle Data Integrator, FBDI) to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
