POSITION SUMMARY

This role is a key part of the Customer Success organization, responsible for delivering Lectra manufacturing solutions and Professional Service projects to customers. With a deep understanding of Lectra's manufacturing solutions, the successful candidate will ensure that the solution is delivered according to the performance commitments agreed upon in the sales contract. Additionally, they will take overall responsibility as Project Manager to ensure the delivery is structured, executed, and goal-achieved, with customer satisfaction being met.

The role requires knowledge and experience with soft material cutting industrial solutions and project management experience with complex portfolios of projects with ambiguous requirements, along with excellent communication and relational skills. This position works closely with Lectra Sales and Pre-sales as well as other functions of the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Consultation Play as an expert on Lectra cutting room solutions. Define and design projects to ensure the solution is implemented and commitment is met. When difficult issues arise during project delivery, take the leadership to identify the right resources to support and remove any roadblocks.Project delivery Project delivery oversight, providing strategic direction and performing escalation management. Collaborate with other Customer Success functions like Call Center and Field Service to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Enforce the Lectra project management rules and guidelines. Manage the project, including defining project staffing, organizing project launch, coordinating project activities regarding cost, time, and quality objectives, analyzing and managing risks, following up and updating planning, managing project progression, communicating project status and action plan with teams and customers, and assisting customers with issue management and validating acceptance of project implementation with customers and closure of the project.Performance monitoring Define and monitor key project delivery metrics that measure the progress and success of the project portfolio.Organization Meticulous organizational skills, high attention to detail, spot-on judgment, and a strong customer focus.Communication Act as one of the main points of contact for all customer project-related topics and deliver regular communications to both Sales Team and Management.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree with a major in mechanical or automation.5+ years of Project Management experience in a related industry, including managing complex projects across multiple, globally dispersed work teams.Demonstrated ownership and consistent delivery on commitments.6 sigma certification in Lean Manufacturing is strongly desired.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSFluent English and native-level Hindi.Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations.Great organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.Self-driven and proactive nature.Ability to work cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.Capacity to develop relationships in a face-to-face environment.TRAVEL

The position is based in Bangalore, India.

There will be up to 60-70% of travel to customer sites.
