About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GAM Onboarding Publisher Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth onboarding of publishers into our Google Ad Manager (GAM) ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new publishers in Google Ad Manager.
  • Conduct onboarding meetings and training sessions to familiarize publishers with GAM features and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Technical Support, to address publisher needs and ensure a seamless integration.
  • Monitor the onboarding progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist publishers in setting up their accounts, including inventory configuration and ad tag implementation.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to publishers to help optimize their ad revenue.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 plus years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or publisher relations, preferably with Google Ad Manager.
  • Proficiency in Google Ad Manager and related reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of online advertising concepts, including ad serving and programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
