We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Coding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will accurately assign CPT, ICD-10-CM, Modifiers, and HCPCS codes for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, payer-specific requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Review and interpret complex medical reports to assign accurate codes for procedures and diagnoses.
- Apply appropriate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes for various medical procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ACR, CMS, NCCI, payer-specific rules, and LCD/NCD policies.
The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II codes, as well as familiarity with radiology workflow, RIS/PACS systems, and coding tools.
