Job Title: Technical Team Lead

">About the Role

You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to design, build, and run SAP BTP applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the development team and manage delivery.
  • Plan work, allocate resources, and track milestones.
  • Build and customize SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Design integration patterns and ensure secure, compliant solutions.
  • Troubleshoot escalations and drive performance tuning.
  • Maintain clear documentation and enable training and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current on BTP services and recommend useful adoption.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus.
  • Proven onsite lead experience with customer handling roles.
