Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to manage, oversee, track, and execute support of multiple client-facing and internal projects.

  • The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the project, including activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensure client expectations are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and proactively address any issues or obstacles.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / MBA in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar project coordination role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
