Job Summary:

Quality Management Executive

The Quality Management Executive will oversee all quality assurance and control processes at our manufacturing facility for LV electrical panels.

This role ensures compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality objectives.

The successful candidate will lead a team of quality professionals, drive continuous improvement, and maintain the highest standards of product reliability and safety.

  • Develop and implement a quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Monitor and control quality processes across all stages of production.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • Drive initiatives for process optimization, defect reduction, and quality improvement.
  • Oversee testing procedures to ensure product reliability and safety.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related customer queries, complaints, and audits.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and prepare reports.
  • Identify potential quality risks and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications in Quality Management is desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the LV electrical panel or similar electrical manufacturing industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of LV electrical panel design, manufacturing processes, and testing standards.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in QMS, Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
  • Proficiency in quality tools like FMEA, Pareto charts, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
