Marketing and Visual Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Visual Designer to lead our creative team. As a key member, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories across digital, print, and event channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain visually appealing landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives for website content.
  • Create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives for social media platforms.
  • Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for blog articles and long-form content.
  • Design mobile-friendly email templates that drive conversions.
  • Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events and print materials.
  • Build professional presentations for pitch decks.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in design, preferably in marketing or creative agencies.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • The ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Webflow development skills for building landing pages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design principles.
  • Understanding of SEO and content-driven design.
