We are seeking a seasoned Graphic Design Team Lead to oversee our graphic design and quality control operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Graphics Designers and Quality Assurance Specialists in creating production-ready assets for digital and print media.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes creativity and productivity.

To be successful, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in graphic design and print media, strong leadership and organizational abilities, as well as a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

  • Oversee the production process for all print media materials, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Ensure all design projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on design projects and maintain effective communication channels.

The ideal candidate should also possess excellent project management skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to guarantee accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Conduct regular sample quality checks on design outputs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

In addition, the ideal candidate should be flexible and able to work in shifts for critical deliverables.
