Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales and customer success technology stack.

Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless integration between our systems, provide exceptional customer service, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage and customize our CRM system to meet the needs of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and optimize data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Provide training and support to users, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to utilize the CRM system effectively.
  • Analyze and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM administration or management, preferably with HubSpot.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and coach team members.
