We are seeking a Global HR Systems Analyst to support our Talent Acquisition and Management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading targeted initiatives aimed at streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and developing comprehensive guidance and training on technology tools for our HR staff. Collaboration will be key, as they work alongside HR Technology teams, IT, and external vendors to resolve technical issues and explore technological advancements aligned with our business objectives.
The successful candidate will serve as a global Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Talent technology solutions, acting as a point of contact for users facing challenges with recruitment and talent management technologies. They will manage tier 2 technical issues escalated from front-line support teams, collaborating closely with IT and HR Tech teams to ensure seamless integration of various HR systems.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent presentation/communication skills and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and network with peers. You should be highly self-motivated and result-oriented, with good team player skills. Fluency in English is required, and flexibility to travel within China (up to 50%) is preferred.
